I accidently locked my sim and I cant get it to unlock.. help!

Since you have a 4s (the process is different for a 5) we have to generate your PUK code! Just reach out to us and we'll get you up and running in no time!

I accidentally locked my SIM too! I need to obtain a PUK code, but it seems there is no 24-7 costumer service for this kind if thing!
Have you checked your online MyVerizon account yet to see if the option to get a PUK code is there?
