I have the iphone4 I bought from Verizon about 2 months ago and now my key board will not work right how do I fix this? I have tried to reset factory settings and all of that but it did not work! If I can not fix it my self will Verizon send me a new one ?
That's a very important component of your phone, tiffanymoyle. Let's see what we can do to get your keyboard back up and running correctly. What issues are you encountering with the keyboard? Do certain letters not register when pressed? Does it make a difference if you turn your phone to function in landscape mode?
