need help on finding the Reminder Screen on my 4s Iphone

Where or what screen do I bring up to create a “Reminder”. (I
use the voice commend to activate a reminder, but sometimes I want
to create a reminder  in public and don't want everyone to listen to my
information)

It is an icon on the main screen called reminders or you can go through calendars.

     I don't have the "reminders icon" on my IPhone home screen.  Do you know how I can place the "reminders" icon link  on my main  Iphone screen?

Go to Settings, General, Reset, Reset Home Screen (This will put it back on your Home Screen if you accidentally moved it off your Home Screen). 🙂
