I am so sorry that you are considering leaving the VZW family. I'm also sorry that your phone was stolen! I know how important it is to get clear disclosures so you know how to respond and handle your account. I sincerely apologize this wasn't as clear as it should have been in your discussion with us via telephone.

As has already been provided by the community a line of service that is suspended for lost or stolen will reactivate after 30 days. This is a common practice of the industry. I know now you of course are already aware of this, and my deepest regrets for the misinformation during your phone call with us.

I do hope that your phone is now replaced and you're able to enjoy it again. I definitely do care for you as a customer and I hope if you have any other questions or concerns you will let us know!
