phone broke how do i get a new one

verizon siad i can go online to get a new phone because the one i have now is broken. where do i go on the website to tell them them my problem so they can send me a new phone

Keep in mind if you purchase a phone online to have the ESN/Device ID checked to make sure it's not registered as lost/stolen or already active on another line of service.  Swappa.com is a wonderful website for purchasing pre-owned devices and screens the ESN's before they can be listed.
