i jus switched my pre paid over to a new phone and it wont make or recieve calls

I absolutely know you'll just love the phone. Let's get it up and running. Were you able to successfully activate the device? Are you receiving any error messages when you try to make a call? What zip code are you having issues in? Are you able to use your data services ok? Please try dialing *228 and pressing option 1 after the voice prompts you too.
