On the facebook app, click the menu bars (3 white bars, upper left corner), click on Newsfeed, click on either "Take photo or Video" or mostly in my case, "Chose From Library." Click on the photo you want to post, then click on the blue Attach button, and when you are finished, click on "Post" ont he upper right hand corner.
