We have two iDevices, an iPhone 4 and an iPad. Some time in the last month or so, the phone-finding app in iCloud stopped finding our iPhone (it still finds the iPad just fine). When I go to the app, it says the iPhone if "offline." I have scoured the Internet for a solution, but have found nothing.
Under general settings, there are no "iCloud" settings (as some instructions have indicated). There is a tab for "location based services", and those are turned on (however, there is no option for "Find My Phone", which other instructions have indicated is the trick).
It had worked in the past no problem, and I can't think of why it would have suddenly stopped. Perhaps it was around the time when "Mobile Me" (me.com) was turned off and iCloud was turned on, but I can't be sure.
