My wife and I ported our numbers over to iphone 4. We were with straighttalk who uses the verizon networks. My work uses shortcodes to send me text messages, ever since we came to verizon I stopped getting my texts. i set it up using my wifes # and she gets them, then when i try my # nothing happens. ive dialed star 228 using option 1 & 2 and reset the network settings. does anyone have any ideas. please help
The port might not be fully complete on your line. Call customer service and ask them to reset your texting feature on your line.
