restore contacts fro icloud

my contacts are gone completely from Contacts.  Favorites and Recents show phone numbers but no name or other info.  How do I restore from iCloud?

I am so sorry to hear that your contacts have disappeared Smoothwife! Let's get to the bottom of this! What make & model iPhone do you have? Did anything trigger their deletion that you know of?
