My wife has an iPhone 4. She want to know if there's anyway to save a pic that she rec'd as an attachment in an email to one of her pic folders.  It doesn't show up as an option for her.  She just recently upgraded to the OS5.

Not applicable

It is possible to save pictures that are received as an email attachment.  What you'll need to do is click on the email message to open it, touch the picture that will automatically open, and a pop-up box will prompt you to save the image. Once the image is saved, it will appear in your camera roll.  There is no way to change where the photo saves to natively in the handset.  You can always sync it to iTunes or iCloud and configure picture holders to your preference there.
