Thanks for responding85040It's been a couple weeks.Yes, I can receive emails and I can send them if I sign in to the internet.Yes, I tried my ISP troubleshooting guide and reset to the ports they recommended, then I reset them to the default ports, no luck.iPhone 4 (8Gb) It seems the trouble shooting guide for this device is missing from verizon.com
Thanks for trying those steps carg. I know how important it is to use your email application. Does your phone have the latest software? Try resetting the network settings and also disabling the email and signing back in? Which email are you using?
