i dont understand whats going go. my phone started dropping calls friday night and ever since then im unable to send text msgs and receive or make calls. tech support said that they requested someone to go look at the towers in my area (which will take 2 to 5 business days) and then if that doesnt work then they will send a replacement phone. i dont have 5 days. that's ridiculous.
