Over the past two months, I have started seeing charges on my bill for picture/video messaging. I use text messaging, but I do not knowingly send picture/video messages. Is there some app that is doing this without my knowledge?

I'm very sorry your having issues with bill. I would be happy to review this with you. You can incur charges if you receive a picture or video message. Which device do you have? Please sign in at www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon You can review the charges for messages there. Are the picture messages being sent from one specific number?
