Just because she doesent have a contract that doesent mean she isent active. One line has no contract on my plan and it's active.

The only way Verizon will unlock your IPhone 4s is if you have an active account with Verizon Wireless Post Paid.

Also it must be in good standing for at least 60 days too I believe. It could be 90.

I thought she was talking in the future. Then she/he needs to add line and wait 60days or add global plan. Or have a family member add it if they have been a vzw customer more then 60 days.
