Verizon will only unlock it if you are a Verizon customer and the phone has been active on a line of service for at least 60 days in good standing.  If you meet the requirements, you can contact Verizon's global team at 908-559-4899 (outside the U.S.) for further assistance.

Yup true  Tiki i'm seeing more and more phones being bought from here and going overseas wonder whats up with that and there isn't much we can do Here).  About the only advice we can give here is Calling Customer Service..
