Last night I upgraded my phone to IOS5. This morning I can't get past the bw activation screen on my phone. Have been bounced from Verizon to Apple and back. No one knows what to do. Finally, the best Verizon could do was to forward a tocket to the engineers(?). Anyone been thru this?

I finally did get my phone to restore but I had to do the following:
On my PC I restored my files to an earlier date, before I downloaded IOS5
I restarted my PC
Downloaded itunes 10.5.3.3x64
Connected my phone to my PC
Went through the steps to activate my phone through Verizon, when I got the
error message clicked on the continue button and for whatever reason my
phone restored itself.
Still can't figure out why that worked, but I am happy to have my phone back
