The voice recognition function for sending text messages has not been working for almost two days. The microphone symbol appears to be working but when I speak, I only get the purple dots for a few seconds and no text appears. Any thoughts about whether this is a systemic problem or problem with my phone (which I've only had for two weeks).
I think you have to have Siri on to use it.
When I removed it the voice microphone went away. When I turned on Siri the microphone is back.
If it can't understand what it is then it won't type anything. But I would get it checked out anyways sorry for the multiple posts
