I'm trying to watch showtime off my iphone. It uses verizon wireless and I can't seem to log in and get it to work. what am i doing wrong?
I guess there are no techs to answer... I am having problems logging in also...as the program fails to accept user ID and password...perhaps suggesting a link with instructions?
II'M having the same problem. Not sure how to fix it.
This is a user based forum...most responses you receive will be from fellow VZW customers so if you are looking for tech support this is not the best place to look (for immediate answers). Likely though, you would need to contact the app developer (right now the Shotime Anytime app only supports subscribers of AT&T U-Verse and Verizon FiOS so if your tv provider isn't one of those the app won't work for you). If you are a customer of one of those providers then you need to contact either that app developer (Showtime Networks Inc) or your provider to make sure you have the correct log-in info. I got that inf just by looking at the info on the app in the app store.
