why is my iPhone 4 is stuck

while updating my phone it is stuck with the iTunes and a plug on there and when I turn it off it comes back to the same thing it is not updating!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help or I will change phone companies!!!! Not satisified!!

Oh No! My sincere apologies that you may be having issues with iTunes. Having access to update your device is definitely important. Do you have access to a WIFI connection? You have to update iTunes to ver 11 to connect with iTunes through usb

If your Close to a Verizon Comm Store go in,  tell them your having trouble updating your phone ask if they can help assist you in updating it.. Give that a try before you give up to go to another Carrier.. b33
