1 Bar LTE... used to be full signal

I have an iPhone 5, and when I first got it (when it first came out) I had almost a full signal at my house and in my neighborhood. Slowly since the signal has dropped, now I only have 1 bar LTE and sometimes switches to 3G.. Not good

Try Pulling the Sim out for 10 to 15 min, with the phone off then re-insert start it up see if your Signal Improves.. if not Call customer Service's Tech Dept. 1-800-922-0204 or *611 Option 3 ((  see if there is any Towers being worked on or Maintenance being done in the Area if not ask then to send a PRL update to your phone give those a Try..
