My new 5s is always 3G and not LTE...I didn't have that problem with the 5...does it automatically change to LTE if the Enable LTE under setting is green?
is your settings in network, to LTE on of off, wen you first get it you have to do all personal settings, i had the same, i turn on LTE, THAN WAS OK... good luck there my friend
