45 dollar balance suddenly appears after activating new iphone

AAfter activating my new iPhone, I now have a available balance of 45$. I didn't have this with my previous device, I don't want to contact prepaid support to fix, as I do not have time. Please solve this problem.

Now, please provide more information. Like, where did you get your Iphone? If you bought it online most likely it came with the first month paid ($45).

I got it from a friend, and when the plan renewed the problem occurred. Thanks.

It did not come from Verizon, it was previously used by my friend.
