5C is recently unable to display or keep track of the correct time. Randomly changes - sometimes the time is correct but most of the time it is not. Phone seems to be "losing time" even when phone is set to "manual". Have already tried all suggestions

Time display on iphone 5C is completely messed up.  Anyone else out there having same issue?
