5s horizontal view

have lost horizontal view on my 5s tried to shake to restore no luck any ideas

Slide finger up from bottom of home screen.

Select the orientation button. It toggles on and off. Otherwise if put on it vertical/horizontal it stays that way.

Let's get that screen straight! Elector's suggestion is a good one. Did you have the opportunity to try it? In addition, I recommend a basic power cycle(off and on) as a good first step.
