Hi, I recently received my replacement phone from Verizon and I tried Activating it but on My Verizon it says my service is suspended. When i call and follow the steps it just tells me to take out the sim card and put it back in, but it does absolutely nothing. Please help

Lets get that phone working ASAP! Please log in to My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and select the option to Suspend/Reconnect your line from the left side. After your line is reconnected you should be able to power down the phone, turn it back on, and it'll activate automatically as long as the SIM card is in it.
