Lets get your phone up and running again! Which make/model phone do you have? Also, have you tried turning your phone off and back on?

iPhone 5s, even more problems now. Tried to upload the latest update and it is now stuck on the terms and conditions page. It will not let me agree or disagree. I have shut down my phone several times know and it just keeps waking up to this page.

Thanks for those details. Do you use iTunes by chance? We may need to back up the phone and then restore it using that program.
