Oh no! I cant imagine not being able to download applications to my iPhone. Are you still having this issue TyRod? If so, I need additional information...
- Are you able to access iTunes from a PC?
- Have you tried to hard reset device, then set it up?

Before you reset your phone, try going into SETTINGS > ITUNES & APP STORE > LOG OUT OF APPLE ID
Now try going into the App Store and download an App. It will prompt you for your apple id, put it in while youre in the app store and it should magically recognize your apple id. If that doesn't work, a reset might fix it, but back your info up!
