Not for the 5S, but the 5C is going to be available for pre-order on 09/13

We as current subscribers had Pre-order available for iPhone 4s as well as iPhone 5.  So we are are now in the same pool as new customers I guess?

You are correct. Since Apple is not allowing pre-orders on the iPhone 5S, you will not be able to pre-order it. They ARE allowing pre-orders on the iPhone 5C, though.

hello, will upgrade eligable customers be able to upgrade with the VERIZON EDGE PLAN for the new iPhone 5s?  ive been holding on to my upgrade since March.
