I've downloaded the backup assistant for two phones (both iPhone 5), and I've synched both sets of contacts to the cloud. However, when I log into my Verizon Wireless account, using the primary phone number, I'm only able to see contacts for that phone, not the other phone that's connected to the account.
How can I manage both sets of contacts online? My main immediate focus is simply to see them online to ensure they're backed up correctly.

You need a separate My Verizon account for the second line to manage the backup assistance and purchases of ringtone or ringback tones.
