i would just like to say this company sucks and i do not reccomend anyone purchase a phone or anything for that matter from this company. they give out defective phones then try to scam you when you ask for a replacement. there customer service representitives are very nice but have no idea what they are doing. I had to call 3 times just to get a phone actually ordered. This is ridiculous and i can't wait to switch companies.

We dont want to see you go ihateverizon25. I am truly sorry for everything you had to go through to get a replacement device. What is going on with your current device? What device type? Have you received the replacement device yet? If so, is it working correctly?
