Has anyone had issues with an easily broken screen. my wife and daughter have broken both of there phones in the last 2 days and they have only had them 3 weeks

Oh no, this is something that I haven't heard of happening. Was the phone ever dropped? Was there a case on the phones? Also, do you have insurance on the phone? Please keep us posted.
