Is there a way I can order a phone without having a credit/debit card?

You could buy a prepaid card and use it.

I doubt billing to account but you can put on a prepaid card like green dot Walmart or a prepaid gift card or target has a no monthly fee Amex.

Hi osmo,
Those were some great suggestions by anthonyb861, louisagresti, and gina7239. Cash payments at stores can definitely be used to purchase a device. But if you'd like to save the gas money going into the store, a prepaid Visa card would be a great way to go. If you don't have a card to buy the Verizon gift card with online, you would end up needing to head into the store to buy one anyway. I noticed you were posting for the iPhone 5, and at this time that phone can't be ordered to bill to the account. Many other devices can be billed to your account if you've been a customer for at least 6 months.
Let us know if you need any help with your order.
