Can I use my Sprint iPhones on Verizon?

I'm thinking of switching from Sprint to Verizon due to the limited service on the Sprint network where I just moved to. I have an iPhone 5s and 5c on the account, can I use both of those phones with Verizon or do I have to buy new phones?

Unfortunately, the Sprint phones are locked and Verizon will not add them to their database. You will need to get new phones, as indicated by the Verizon rep.
