I'm a new verizon iphone 5S customer and can call out, but I can't receive calls. What am I doing wrong? What setting have I missed? Can anyone help, please?!?!
I went through the same thing where I could make outgoing calls but couldn't receive calls. The problem I had was that I had my number ported to Verizon as a new customer and it took my old carrier 7 days to get the porting finished.
