Can i upgrade to the iphone 5C with 3 months left on my contract?

I have had a crappy phone my whole life and i feel like its time to upgrade to an iphone, but there is still 3 months left on my contract can i do this or not?

Yes you can, but you would have to pay full retail price, not the discounted price you are probably hoping to spend.
