My Verizon Mobile is very useful on the go! We want to make sure that you have access to it where ever you go! Let's see what's going on.
First off, you may have an application that is conflicting with the app and failing to load. Close all running applications by following the steps here http://bit.ly/Ux8Pif and the retest. If this doesn't work, please power the phone down and then to restart, press & hold the home and power buttons to power up. This will make sure that you are logging on with the correct password. You can also check the App Store for updates as the app may need one, but it has not be pushed through yet. Please keep us posted.
