Can't make or receive calls

My iphone 5s can send and receive texts and my LTE data works fine, but I cannot make or receive calls and have zero signal bars.  Tried restarting phone, removing sim and reset network settings...no change.  Zip 94608.

OK, well, first of all... have you got the most updated iOS software? (settings>general>software update)

And if so, have you made sure all your apps are up to date as well? Ironically, either not having the update or having the update can both cause issues.

And is this an issue in just one place, or everywhere. Also, I have heard that some people are having an issue with making or recieving calls on iphone 5s while they are connected to wifi, after doing the latest update. Have you tried it with wifi on and off?

Thanks, Nicholas. 

Phone and apps are updated and the issue happens in any location, regardless of Wifi being on or off.  Thanks for the attempt, though.
