Can't update to iOS 9.3

Tryin to run update, but get message I am no longer connected to Internet. Of course I am.

Then tried connect to iTunes through my Mac, and get message I have current 9.2.

Staying up to date with the latest software is always importnat, Old-Dave. Let's figure out what's happening and get you updated. Are you able to browse the web normally? Any recent changes on your phone?

Yes, everything else, on my phone, using the internet, through my wi-fi, works, just fine. Only the 9.3 update gives me that message, “you are no longer connected to the internet”.

My iTunes, on my Mac, says I have the current version, ver: 12.3.3.17. It still gives me the message I have the current version, 9.2.1.

Is it possible Apple has found a problem with 9.3, for the 5s and has suspended the update?

I found the solution on Wikipedia.

Settings >general>storage/iCloud>manage storage>delete update 9.3.

Try update again
