If you call your number from another phone, when the voicemail kicks on hit the # button. It'll ask you for your password. Enter it, and then you'll have access to the Main Menu to change your Voicemail greeting

I finally remembered how to change the outgoing greeting. Thanks for jarring my memory on this. Using this route is so much better, especially if this is going to be your business outgoing greeting. Sounds professional

BFLPantry, the voicemail platforms have changed since this post was originally left in the forums. As a result, we'd need to know the make and model phone you have and if you're using basic voicemail that you call into, visual voicemail or premium visual voicemail that you check the messages directly from your phone when you open the voicemail app? https://search.verizonwireless.com/onesearch/search?q=voicemail+greeting
