Not sure if this is a Verizon problem or an Apple problem...I cannot get on the internet at all unless I'm connected to wifi...tried resetting everything, restoring, rebooting...all to no avail...what is the deal???

How are phone calls and text messages? Do you see any indication of service aside from Wifi?
