JAMWEE11, we want this e-mail feature to work for you. Let's start fresh by deleting that e-mail account in Settings>Mail>Accounts>Select that e-mail account & tap Delete.
Next, you will need to add it back to your device by tapping Settings>Mail> Accounts>Add Account. You will be required to select the account type, enter your email address and password. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
