I am now in a Canada city included in Verizon's coverage map. But the phone can neither call any number nor receive a call. It always shows roaming with a strong signal. I have added Canada plan to the phone package before the trip.
I have called the support number twice today, and spent at least half an hour each time. The problem is not fixed, and they promised me to create a problem tracking ticket and I got no email or phone call related to the problem so far.
I already missed several important calls today. Really upset by the service, and maybe I should switch to ATT, but I just started the 2-year contract with Verizon. Any suggestion?
