This one may be a little more complicated than most, so here goes. I preordered an iPhone 5 on an existing account adding a line. When the new phone arrives I need to activate it on an existing number through my job. Then I need to port a number on a prepaid T-Mobile account to my existing iPhone 4s that is currently on my work phone that will be used on the new line I added to my account. What will be the simplest way to accomplish this? Can this be done online, over the phone or will I need to go to a store?
