DTMF setting problem

I own an Iphone 5c and this problem has not been resolved. I am unable to respond when the Smartfind Express IVR System. I am able to easily with my Samsung basic cell phone. This is a somewhat common problem. The Droid allows owners to recalibrate the DTMF settings. This needs to occur on the iphone.

It may be better to mention this in an Apple forum since Apple controls ALL aspects of the iPhone.
