Does anyone else have issues with the earpiece volume being extremely quiet even on the highest setting? I'm finding myself struggling to hear anyone I'm talking too even with the volume turned all the way up... Any fix for this??? Very frustrating. Otherwise, LOVE the phone!
I haven't had this issue, but if you are then you need to contact Apple or VZW to rule out a defect in your device. Are you using a case? Try making a call with it off to see if the volume is still an issue. It might not be but it's worth testing just in case.
