Emails send without hitting the send button

I have had issues when writing emails where I am typing a message and the message sends without hitting the send button. It does not

happen everytime but enough to be annoying.

     I must admit that this is the first time that I've heard of such an issue. No worries though as I'm sure that together you and I can solve this mystery. Let's started with what type of e-mail are you using, work or personal? Can I assume that you are using the default mail app or did you download a 3rd party e-mail app? If you can be so kind as to share the details along with the iOS and carrier version that's installed on the iPhone then we can customize a solution for you.

I am still having these issues. 

Apple 5S

IOS 7.0.4

I am using the default mail app

That's definitely a unique situation. I understand wanting to make sure emails send when you want them to only. Has this always happened since you've had the phone? If not, when did it start? What type of email are you using? For example, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
