settings then Personal Hot Spot.

give yourself a password so as to connect your devices. you must also have the feature activated by verizon wireless to use it.

Brand new iPhone 5 x2. Both worked fine for personal hotspot but now my wife's phone doesn't even have the option to create one, it does not show up in the settings, mine is fine.

???? What's going on?
