I was eligible and upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy III to the iPhone 5 on 8/27, before going abroad (for facetime and iMessages). When I got back, I was informed that the iPhone 5s was coming out 9/20...am I able to exchange my iPhone 5 for the 5s? If so, what is the process and cost. Thanks!
You are past the 14 day return policy period. You would have to purchase the iPhone 5s at full retail price. You could probably sell your iPhone 5 on Swappa for more money than what you would get for a trade-in through Verizon Wireless.
