Can you help me disable it? Which phone are you using? (Am i uber annoying with my neediness?)

The camera just doesn't have a lot of quality to it. Perhaps I need to fiddle with it a bit. Or perhaps an app?

I don't actually have a Verizon phone (my phone is most similar to the Verizon Samsung Stratosphere, only I've "hacked" it to Jelly Bean). Disabling it should be as simple as going into Google Now, going into settings, and disabling it.

What, specifically, are you having problems with on the camera? Most phone cameras, iphone included, are pretty awful compared to a "real" digital camera, but most phone cameras should be more than adequate for everyday use.

Pictures seem dark and off color. Used during holidays with flash and they look awful, cold tint and blurry.

My old htc EVO shift had a better camera!

That's why I was looking at iphone. I heard it had great picture taking capabilities.

I'm new to verizon so I wasn't surprised by the plans. I just can't believe you have to pay extra for insurance on an iphone.
